Wrath of The Lich King Release 2008

Im aktuellen Finanzbericht des Publishers Vivendi gibt es unter anderem auch Informationen zum Veröffentlichungstermin der zweiten World of Warcraft Erweiterung Wrath of The Lich King.

Very good operating achievements were offset by non recurring or calendar impacts: the first quarter of 2007 included notably the successful launch of the first expansion set World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade (the second expansion set is anticipated to be released in the second half of 2008) and the favorable settlement of a tax litigation.

Demnach soll in der zweiten Hälfte dieses Jahres WOTLK über die Ladentheken gehen. Spätestens auf der Worldwide Invitational 2008 wird es mehr Informationen zum Start der Beta Phase geben, wonach sich auch der Release Termin errechnen lässt.
