Strafen für Loot-Bug bei Ivus

Ivus ist der neue Weltboss an der Dunkelküste, welcher Gegenstände mit Item-Level 385 als Beute hinterlässt. Eigentlich bekommen wir nur einmal je Kriegsfronten-Zyklus die Chance auf Loot. Doch durch einen Bug war es möglich öfters Beute zu bekommen. Einige Spieler haben dies herausgefunden und den Ivus immer wieder getötet. Darüber ist Blizzard aber nicht ganz so begeistert.

Spieler die den Bug bewusst ausgenutzt haben, dürfen sich schonmal auf Sperren gefasst machen. Je stärker der Missbrauch war, desto höher wird die Strafe. Selbstverständlich werden auch alle zu Unrecht erbeuteten Gegenstände wieder entfernt. Dazu zählt auch gewonnenes Titanenresiduum.

Just to follow up - we needed to get some extra data together to do it properly, but yes, we’ll be removing the items gained and issuing suspensions for those who abused this bug (with an increasing penalty based on how excessive the abuse was). The reason it’s taken an extra few days is that we needed to make sure we were also cleaning up any extra Titan Residuum gained from this.
