Pre-Patch für Battle for Azeroth erscheint am 18. Juli 2018

Wie Blizzard auf der offiziellen World of Warcraft Webseite bekannt gab, wird der Pre-Patch für Battle for Azeroth am 17. Juli 2018 auf den amerikanischen Servern veröffentlicht. Für uns Europäer fällt der Startschuß am 18. Juli 2018. Demnach lagen wir mit unserer Vermutung zum Release-Datum richtig und Patch 8.0 wird exakt vier Wochen vor der Erweiterung veröffentlicht.

Der Pre-Patch wird allerlei Neuheiten enthalten, auch wenn ihr dann noch nicht nach Kul Tiras oder Zandalar reisen könnt. Dafür gibt’s aber das Pre-Event zu spielen, der Item- & Stat-Squish wird durchgeführt und auch die Klassen gänzlich angepasst. Des Weiteren werden eure Artefaktwaffen instabil und in einer Questreihe letztendlich zerstört. Don’t Forget: Update Your Drivers!

To make the most of Battle for Azeroth and avoid potential issues, it’s important to update to the latest DirectX 12 drivers. Please note that AMD and Intel GPUs will default to DX12, while NVIDIA drivers will remain at DX11 with the option to update at a later time.
